Product & Autonomous Action Disclaimer

The OneNetSpace platform and its agentic endpoint detection and response capabilities are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While our platform utilizes automated detection and remediation logic to mitigate security threats, no cybersecurity solution can guarantee 100% detection or prevent all unauthorized activity. Detection and triage use on-device artificial-intelligence models that are probabilistic in nature and may produce false positives or false negatives; by default, detection content and AI analysis are processed locally on your devices and are not sent to OneNetSpace.

Autonomous remediation is disabled by default — out of the box, the platform detects and alerts only. When a customer enables autonomous remediation or automated policy enforcement, the platform is authorized to take programmatic actions on managed endpoints (including, but not limited to, process termination, network host isolation, the blocking or severing of network connections, re-enabling operating-system security features such as the host firewall or antivirus, and time-critical local containment such as automated termination of suspected ransomware processes, together with other containment measures introduced in platform updates); enabling it constitutes the authorization described in the End User License Agreement. OneNetSpace disclaims all liability for business interruption, system downtime, data loss, or false positives resulting from customer-configured policies, automated agent actions, software errors or updates, or third-party environment conditions. Customers are solely responsible for setting appropriate administrative permissions, policy thresholds, and backup routines.

Tamper protection & removal. To prevent malware from disabling protection, uninstalling the agent from an enrolled device requires a removal authorization issued through your OneNetSpace portal, and the agent automatically restores itself if removed without authorization. Removal authorization is available to your administrators at no charge, including after your service ends.

Protection status. Protective functions require an active license. After your trial or subscription ends (plus a short grace period), protection automatically deactivates and your devices are no longer monitored by the platform; the agent shows its protection status on the device.

This page is a summary only. Your use of the software is governed by the OneNetSpace End User License Agreement presented at installation; in any conflict, that agreement controls. OneNetSpace accesses managed endpoints only through the installed agent, which exchanges operational, licensing, and update data with OneNetSpace and applies security updates automatically; remediation actions occur only under the policies you configure.
